Step 1. Tap and hold the “Spotify” app icon from your home screen.

Step 2. Tap  “Remove” and delete it.

Step 3. Now visit the App store and install Spotify.

Re-Installation on Android 6.0 and newer Through Google Play (h4) 

Step 1. Go to the “Settings”  of your phone.

Step 2. Tap “Application or “App Manager” and Find Spotify in the App list.

Step 3. Tap on Uninstall.

Step 4. Go to Google Play and install Spotify.

Note: If still unable to resolve the issue follow the below steps

Re-Installation Through Storage files (h4) 

Step 1. Revisit the Setting icon.

Step 2. From the  “Application”, ” Application Manager or “Apps & Notification”, select Spotify.

Step 5. Now open the “Files” icon option on your phone.

Step 6. Go to Internal Storage>Android>Data. If you see any Spotify-named folder. Delete it.

Step 7. Restart your device.

Step 8. Go to Google Play and Install Spotify Application.

Step 1. Open Finder.

Step 2. Go to the “Application” option in the sidebar menu.

Step 3. Find Spotify and drag it to the trash. Empty Trash and Delete it.

Step 4. Download and install Spotify.

Re-Installation for Windows 

Windows 10 and Other New

Step 1. From the Start menu, go to Settings.

Step 2. From the Side columns go to “Settings”.

Step 3. Tap to “Apps & Features”.

Step 4. Select Spotify and Uninstall it.

Step 5. Download and Spotify again.

Log Out

Try logging OUT to look for the solution. Below are the steps for how to log out of the app.

 For Mobile and Tablet

  1. Go Home. Tap Settings. 
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the options.
  1. Tap Log out.

  1. Click in  the top-right corner.
  1. Option will appear. Tap on Log Out.

  1. Go to your profile in the top right corner. Tap it.
  1. Among many other options tap “Log Out”.

Internet Issue
